About Us

The school system has no idea what to do with these emerging jewels. Nor do they have the state or federally approved facilities required. As you know, it takes years for the public school system to respond to any type of “special need.” Unfortunately, these children are relegated to this category. A lucky few are born into families who are attentive enough to discover their gifts and intelligent enough to understand that their child needs no drugs to control behavior but encouragement to develop their differences. It is to both groups that the School of Now directs its curriculum.

We believe these children are evidence that the human race is changing. With such change, standards and ideas of education must move quickly to accommodate. We do not and cannot expect the public school system to address this for many years, if ever. It is not to the benefit of the established bureaucracy to disturb the status quo by recognizing an emerging populace that appears to go beyond the pale of education’s understanding.

Consequently, denial persists in the United States. In a few countries, children have been recognized and schools have long since arisen. These schools identify, encourage, educate, and ready the students for the challenges our world is ushering in at virtual light speed today. These countries understand the children will be leaders and are capitalizing on it. We want to do the same for our children and create a model that can be replicated around the country and around the world.

Hence, our request …

We know you must receive requests for donations every day. It is an unfortunate reality that we are no different in requiring funds to raise buildings, create curriculum and infrastructure and hire and train teachers. Like every project that looks toward a better future, we are entreating those individuals who are open to possibility, those who feel, know or understand that the human race is undergoing significant change for the better. We are seeking the ones who see themselves as part of the spearhead of change.

Gladwell, in his book The Tipping Point labeled spearhead individuals as “early adopters:” educated leaders who recognize change and move ahead of the crowd to adopt and use it after being presented by the “innovators.” Not unexpectedly, many of the early adopters are also innovators, themselves.

We are currently seeking sponsors for the School of Now and for a variety of fund raising events we are planning.

We are happy to overnight a complete sponsor’s packet to you explaining the budget with images of the architecture and construction plans. We feel that interested donors will know the truth in the information put forth in this letter and will act accordingly. Sponsorship possibilities include buildings named after donors and specific areas within the school labeled as donated by specific sponsors.

To explore the sponsorship and donation possibilities, my personal contact phone number is 630.941.6816. If you have questions, please feel free to contact me. If you do not reach me immediately, I will call you back. Just leave a contact number and the times and/or dates you can be reached.

About The School of Now

Hello, my name is Nancy Wallace. I am the Founder/Director of A Child’s Miracle Mind, Inc., a 501C3 not-for-profit organization located in Las Vegas, NV 89148.

Our primary project is the construction and operation of the School of Now, an educational facility dedicated to the complete education of, what we term, the “new children.”

You may be aware that many children have been and continue to be born into our world who do not fit the educational bell curve. They have exhibited unusual abilities and intellect that span areas from the artistic and creative to scientific genius. It has been discovered that many are even telepathic. Others simply know, understand, or receive information that goes beyond that of ordinary adults or children their age. Unfortunately, they are often diagnosed with ADD/ADHD and autism. In the U.S., they are given drugs to make them “controllable” or more “normal.” They do not fit the bell curve; consequently, they are shut down.
